Voice input: Audio recordings you submit to the CRICAI Coach feature (not stored after transcription)

Analyse uploaded videos and generate performance feedback
Process subscription payments and manage your account
Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)

Uploaded videos are retained for the duration of your account unless you delete them
Voice recordings are deleted immediately after transcription
Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 7 days (some financial records may be retained up to 7 years for legal compliance)
