By accessing or using CRICAI – AI Cricket Coach ("CRICAI", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CRICAI, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

CRICAI provides an AI-powered cricket coaching platform, including video analysis, live match scoring, streaming tools, community features, and training resources. Features may be subject to change.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
CRICAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no analysis credits have been used.
Free trials, where offered, are limited to one per user account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems.
Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or harassment.
Share account access or circumvent usage limits.
Upload videos you do not own or have permission to share.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant CRICAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis). We do not sell your content to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI analysis, commentary, and coaching feedback are generated automatically and are intended for informational and training purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching advice. CRICAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Intellectual Property

All CRICAI branding, platform code, AI models, and original content are the intellectual property of CRICAI Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRICAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to features with or without prior notice.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Account Deletion page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
